Last night I had the misfortune of my car breaking down. Whilst trying to contact the AA and RAC to come to my rescue Bart stopped when passing and asked if I needed recovery. He then went and got his recovery vehicle and took me to my garage in Manchester. His service was very professional, he took minutes to load and secure my car and then insured it to transport. He was very polite and reassuring. I would recommend Bart to anyone - if you need breakdown recovery call him - he is simply amazing.
I was stranded alone nearly four hours from home at 10pm on the bank holiday. I needed to get back to my young children for the next day. Luckily Bart from Cypex rescued us and got us home within 6 hours - charging a fair price, responding quickly and much more efficient than the relay system used by some big breakdown brands. Also a relaxing ride and Bart is good company, even able to calm down my nervous dog. I nearly didn’t give a five star only because I didn’t want this to look like a fake review! Highly recommended and glad to support a local business with a strong work ethic.
